IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not use the tool for any purpose other than which it is designed for.
The tool is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the tool.
The use of knives or attachments which are not recommended may result in
product damage or the risk of personal injury.
Always keep hands away from the blade.
Always wear safety glasses during the use of the laminate cutter.
Everyday eyeglasses only have impact resistant lenses, they are NOT safety glasses.
WARNING Do not operate your laminate cutter until it is completely assembled and
working according to the instruction manual.
NEVER FORCE It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
ALWAYS KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN Cluttered areas and benches invite accidents.
Make sure the floor is clean and not slippery due to wax or sawdust build-up.
DO NOT LIFT the laminate cutter by the handle. Always use on a level surface.
CAUTION The assembly pack contains small parts which can pose a choking hazard
to children and pets.

TIP When possible, use a sample piece to familiarise yourself with the tool before
commiting to your intended workpiece.
RIP CUT
Place the tile at the front edge against the front stop.
Position the tile so the line of cut is directly over the scoring line, which is the line
between the left and right pad.
Adjust the cutting guide by loosening the Width Guide Dial (9) and sliding it left or
right to the desired cutting position, and lock the cutting guide in place.
MAKING THE CUT
Place the cutting wheel on the rear edge of the tile.
Then slide the wheel forward by pushing the handle down with medium pressure,
scoring the tile surface glaze as the handle is pushed forward.
NOTE It is important to make one continuous motion, scoring the surface only once
per tile. After scoring, and without moving the tile, position the handle so that the
Breaker Bar (3) is slightly in from the front edge of the tile and front stop. Apply

Keep the cutter clean by wiping down with a clean damp cloth and store in a dry place
when not in use.
WARNING Take extra care to keep hands and fingers clear of the blade when performing
any cleaning or maintenance tasks.
Periodically check that all nuts and bolts are tight.
