14. CAREFULLY EXAMINE INNER VINYL COVER BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PAD IF VINYL
COVERING SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF DETERIORATION (SUCH AS BLISTERING OR CRACKING).
15. LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING AS TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND
INTERNAL PARTS.

POLARIZED PLUG
This product comes equipped with a polarized electrical plug (one blade is
wider than the other) and will only t into the outlet one way. This is meant
to reduce the risk of an electrical shock. If the plug does not t into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not t, consult a qualied electrician. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR CIRCUMVENT THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Ensure the PVC heating pad is fully inserted in the fabric cover and lays
completely at. The electrical cord and controller should always remain
outside of the cover.
WARNING: ALWAYS USE THIS FABRIC COVER WHILE OPERATING THE
HEATING PAD OR SERIOUS BURNS/INJURIES MAY OCCUR.
FOR DRY HEAT
2. Insert the plug into an appropriate 120 volt AC electrical outlet, noting the
plug is polarized and will only t one way.
3. Place the heating pad on the desired treatment area.
WARNING: THE PAD SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLACED ON TOP OF THE
TREATMENT AREA. DO NOT PLACE PAD UNDERNEATH TREATMENT AREA
AS TEMPERATURES CAN RISE TO UNINTENDED/UNCOMFORTABLE LEVELS.
4. To turn on, use the controller to click and hold the button for 3 seconds
until the numbered light turns on. Continue to click the button to reach
the desired heat setting (1,2,3 or 4). To turn the heating pad o, click and
hold the button for 3 seconds until the number light turns o. Pay close
attention to the heat level during use and adjust the setting as needed.
5. The heating pad will reach the desired temperature in approximately 9-15
minutes.
NOTE: This heating pad will automatically turn OFF after 2 hours of use. Unplug
heating pad when not in use.

FOR MOIST HEAT OPTION
1. Remove the moist heat insert
2. Lightly dampen the foam insert with water. (NOTE: water should NOT be
dripping from insert).
WARNING: DO NOT THOROUGHLY SOAK FOAM INSERT. DO NOT USE
GELS, SOLVENTS OR LIQUIDS OTHER THAN WATER ON THE FOAM INSERT.
NEVER IMMERSE PVC PAD IN WATER. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN
PERSONAL INJURY.
3. Carefully place foam insert back into the fabric cover ensuring it is fully inserted and lays
completely at.
4. With dry hands, plug into an appropriate 120 volt AC electrical outlet, noting the plug is
polarized and will only t one way.
5. Place the heating pad on the desired treatment area.
WARNING: THE PAD SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLACED ON TOP OF THE TREATMENT AREA.
DO NOT PLACE PAD UNDERNEATH TREATMENT AREA AS TEMPERATURES CAN RISE TO
UNINTENDED/UNCOMFORTABLE LEVELS.
NOTE: This heating pad will automatically turn OFF after 2 hours of use. Unplug heating pad
when not in use.
DRY HEAT VERSUS MOIST HEAT
The solution you choose is mostly personal preference.
DRY Heat - a quick and convenient way to apply heat therapy to an area of the body. This is
typically the fastest solution for most users who want to maintain a certain heat level.
MOIST Heat - provides penetrating heat therapy to sore muscles.

This warranty covers only normal use, and does not apply for use in any clinical or commercial applications. The warranty is
voided if the product is misused or abused in any manner.
If the unit fails to operate during the first year from the time originally purchased, please contact us at Service@
LiveHealthSmart.com and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the warrantor determines the unit failed to
operate due to a manufacturing defect, the unit will be replaced at the option of the warrantor. Replacement of the product is
the only remedy covered by the Limited 1-Year Warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. The purchaser will cover shipping and tax costs
for replaced unit. To be eligible for the warranty, please register your product online within 10 days of purchase date at www.

The warranty constitutes the warrantor’s only responsibility and obligation to replace unit. We make no other express or
implied warranties, arising by operation of law or otherwise, or any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE HEATING PAD FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET AFTER
USE. ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FROM THE HEATING PAD BEFORE ATTEMPTING
TO CLEAN IT.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the fabric cover and foam insert from the PVC pad.
PVC PAD - Wipe the PVC pad with damp cloth as needed. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER. DO
NOT GET THE PLUG OR CORD WET. Hang dry only.
FABRIC COVER - Machine wash (or hand wash) the fabric cover in cool water using a mild
detergent on the gentle/delicate cycle. Lay at or hang dry. DO NOT MACHINE DRY.
FOAM INSERT - Hand wash the foam insert using a mild detergent and cool water only. Lay
at or hang dry. DO NOT MACHINE DRY.
NOTE: DO NOT REASSEMBLE THE HEATING PAD COMPONENTS UNTIL EVERYTHING IS
COMPLETELY DRY. GENLTY FOLD THE PAD FOR STORAGE TO AVOID POTENTIAL CRACKS IN
THE PVC PAD.

ENCHUFE POLARIZADO
Este producto cuenta con un enchufe eléctrico polarizado (en el que una de
las patillas es más ancha que la otra) y solo se ajusta a las tomas eléctricas en
una posición. Se trata de una medida para reducir el riesgo de electrocución.
Si el enchufe no encaja en la toma, dele la vuelta. Si aún no encaja, consulte
a un electricista cualicado. NO INTENTE MODIFICAR ESTE ENCHUFE NI
SORTEAR ESTA MEDIDA DE SEGURIDAD.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

PARA CALOR SECO
2. Inserte el enchufe en una toma de corriente eléctrica adecuada de 120 voltios CA, teniendo
en cuenta que el enchufe está polarizado y que solo encajará en una posición.
3. Coloque la almohadilla de calor en la zona que desee tratar.
ADVERTENCIA: LA ALMOHADILLA DEBE COLOCARSE SIEMPRE ENCIMA DE LA ZONA
A TRATAR. NO PONGA LA ALMOHADILLA DEBAJO DE LA ZONA A TRATAR, YA QUE LA
TEMPERATURA PUEDE SUBIR HASTA ALCANZAR NIVELES NO DESEADOS/INCÓMODOS.
4. Para encender, use el control para hacer clic y mantener presionado el botón durante 3
segundos hasta que se encienda la luz numerada. Continúe haciendo clic en el botón para
alcanzar el ajuste de calor deseado (1, 2, 3 o 4). Para apagar la almohadilla térmica, haga
clic y mantenga presionado el botón durante 3 segundos hasta que la luz del número se
apague. Esté atento/a al nivel de calor durante su uso y ajústelo si fuera necesario.
5. La almohadilla alcanzará la temperatura deseada en, aproximadamente 9~15 minutos.
NOTA: Esta almohadilla de calor se APAGARÁ automáticamente después de 2 horas de uso.
Desenchufe la almohadilla de calor cuando no la use.

CALOR SECO FRENTE A CALOR HÚMEDO
La solución que elija depende principalmente de sus preferencias personales.
Calor SECO: una forma rápida y cómoda de aplicar tratamiento por calor a una zona del
cuerpo. Por lo general, es la solución más rápida para la mayoría de los usuarios que deseen
mantener cierto nivel de calor.
Calor HÚMEDO: proporciona un tratamiento de calor penetrante para los dolores musculares.
PARA LA OPCIÓN DE CALOR HÚMEDO
1. Saque el inserto de calor húmedo.
2. Humedezca ligeramente el inserto de espuma con agua. (NOTA: el inserto no debe escurrir
agua).
ADVERTENCIA: NO EMPAPE EL INSERTO DE ESPUMA. NO UTILICE GELES, DISOLVENTES
O LÍQUIDOS QUE NO SEAN AGUA EN EL INSERTO DE ESPUMA. NUNCA SUMERJA LA
ALMOHADILLA DE PVC EN AGUA. EN CASO CONTRARIO, PODRÍAN PRODUCIRSE LESIONES.
3. Meta de nuevo el inserto de espuma cuidadosamente dentro de la funda de
tela, asegurándose de que meterlo por completo y de que queda plano.
4. Con las manos secas, inserte el enchufe en una toma de corriente eléctrica
adecuada de 120 voltios CA, teniendo en cuenta que el enchufe está
polarizado y que solo encajará en una posición.
5. Coloque la almohadilla de calor en la zona que desee tratar.

REPARACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
ADVERTENCIA: DESCONECTE SIEMPRE LA ALMOHADILLA DE CALOR DE LA TOMA
ELÉCTRICA ANTES DE LIMPIARLA.
INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA: Quite la funda de tela y el inserto de espuma de la almohadilla
de PVC.
ALMOHADILLA DE PVC: limpie la almohadilla de PVC con un trapo húmedo cuando sea
necesario. NO LA SUMERJA EN AGUA. NO MOJE EL CABLE ELÉCTRICO. Secar solo
colgándola al aire.
FUNDA DE TELA: lave la funda de tela en lavadora (o a mano) en agua fría, empleando un
detergente suave y en ciclo delicado/suave. Séquela al aire plana sobre una supercie o
colgada. NO METER EN SECADORA.
INSERTO DE ESPUMA: lave a mano el inserto de espuma empleando solo un detergente
suave y agua. Séquela al aire plana sobre una supercie o colgada. NO METER EN
SECADORA.
NOTA: NO VUELVA A MONTAR LOS COMPONENTES DE LA ALMOHADILLA DE CALOR HASTA
QUE TODOS ESTÉN COMPLETAMENTE SECOS. DOBLE CON CUIDADO LA ALMOHADILLA PARA
GUARDARLA A FIN DE EVITAR POSIBLES GRIETAS EN LA ALMOHADILLA DE PVC.
GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE UN AÑO
Esta garantía cubre solo el uso normal y no se aplica para su uso en aplicaciones clínicas o comerciales. La garantía queda
anulada si el producto es mal utilizado o maltratado de cualquier manera.
Si la unidad no funciona durante el primer año desde el momento en que se compró originalmente, comuníquese con
nosotros al [email protected] e intentaremos resolver el problema lo antes posible. Si el garante determina
que la unidad no funcionó debido a un defecto de fabricación, la unidad será reemplazada a opción del garante. El
comprador debe devolver la unidad original antes de que se proporcione un producto de reemplazo. La sustitución del
producto es el único remedio cubierto por la Garantía Limitada de 1 año.
Esta garantía le otorga derechos legales específicos que varían según el estado. El comprador se hará cargo de los costes
de envío y de los impuestos correspondientes de la unidad de reemplazo. Para ser elegible para la garantía, registre su
producto en línea dentro de los 10 días a partir de la fecha de compra en www.LiveHealthSmart.com.
La garantía constituye la única responsabilidad y obligación del garante en el reemplazo de la unidad. No realizamos
ninguna otra garantía expresa o implícita, que surja por aplicación de la ley o de otro modo, ni ninguna garantía de
comerciabilidad o aptitud para un uso o propósito particular, ya sea que el uso o propósito haya sido divulgado o no al
garante en especificaciones, planos o de otro modo, y si los productos del garante están o no diseñados y/o fabricados
específicamente por el garante para el uso o los fines del comprador, excepto para la garantía limitada que se menciona
arriba. El garante no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuencial o punitivo u otra
pérdida, que incluye, sin limitaciones, daño o pérdida de otra propiedad o equipo y lesiones personales, ya sea que afecten
al comprador o a otros. En ninguna circunstancia el garante será responsable ante el comprador por ningún importe que
supere el coste de reemplazo de la unidad.
