IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use this
equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the
equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled,
maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment
are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to determine if you
have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or prevent
you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if you are taking
medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health.
Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If
you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before
continuing with your exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use
only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet.
To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 cm) of free space all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of
the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and
tear.
6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the
equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until
the problem has been rectified.
7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may
become entangled in the equipment.
8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 330 lbs (150 kgs).
10. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
11. To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are
required.
12. Your product is intended for use in cool and dry conditions. You should avoid storage in
extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
13. This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only; it is not intended for commercial
use.

STEP 2:
Insert the Adjustment Knob (No. 29) into the
Main Frame (No. 1), and adjust the tightness of
the Adjustment Knob (No. 29) to the desired
position.
STEP 3:
Pass the Sensor Wire (No. 49) through the
Handrail Inner Tube (No. 43).
Attach the Handlebar (No. 47) to the Handrail
Inner Tube (No. 43) with the 2 Hexagon Bolts
(No. 38) and 2 Arc Washers (No. 39). Tighten
with the Allen Wrench (No. 50).
Pass the Sensor Wire (No. 49) through the
Handrail Support Tube (No. 40).
Insert the Handrail Inner Tube (No. 43) into the
Handrail Support Tube (No. 40), adjust the
Handrail Inner Tube (No. 43) to desired height,
then secure it in place by inserting and
tightening the Spring Knob (No. 41) from
hardware package.
STEP 1:
Remove the Main Frame (No. 1) from the box.
Lift the Right Pedal (No. 51) up with your hand
and ensure that the Wire Rope (No. 5) is put in
the slot of the Pulley (No. 6) as shown in the
picture.

STEP 4:
Connect the Sensor (No. 10) with the Sensor
Wire (No. 49).
Insert the Handrail Support Tube (No. 40) into
the Main Frame (No. 1) with the 4 Hexagon
Bolts (No. 38) and 4 Arc Washers (No. 39).
Tighten with the Allen Wrench (No. 50).
NOTE: Be careful not to cut any wires when
inserting the Handrail Support Tube (No. 40)
into the Main Frame (No. 1)
STEP 5:
Remove 4 Cross Screws (No. 48) from the
back of the Computer (No. 33) using Allen
Wrench (No. 50).
Insert the Sensor Wire (No. 49) into the
SPEED INPUT of the Computer (No. 33). Then
attach the Computer (No. 33) onto the
Handlebar (No. 47) with 4 Cross Screws (No.
48) that were removed and tighten with the
Allen Wrench (No. 50).

Connect the Extension Wire (No. 43) to the
Computer Wire (No. 32a). Then attach the
Computer (No. 32-1) to the bracket of the
Handlebar (No. 36).
The assembly is complete!
STEP 6:
Connect 2 Exercise Bands (No. 34) to the 2
Exercise Band Buckles (No. 21) at the front of
the left and right pedals as shown in the picture.

MAINTENANCE & ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
ADJUSTING THE STEPPING HEIGHT
Turn the Adjustment Knob (No. 29) clockwise to increase
the stepping height.
Turn the Adjustment Knob (No. 29) counter-clockwise to
decrease the stepping height.
NOTE: Before turning the adjustment knob, you need to lift
one pedal of the Left or Right Pedals (No. 32 or No. 51) up
and ensure the cable is around the pulley. If the cable is not
properly positioned around the pulley, it can cause damage to
the main frame of the product or prevent the height from
adjusting correctly.
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF HANDLEBAR
Loose the Spring Knob (No. 41) and pull out. Adjust the
Handrail Inner Tube (No. 43) to the desired position, then
insert and re-tighten the Spring Knob (No. 41).
The SUNNY insert (No. A) can be pulled upward to secure
the mobile device in place (as shown in Fig. 1). When the
mobile device is placed horizontally, please move the SUNNY
insert (No. A) in front of the meter after it is pulled out (as
shown in Fig. 2) to avoid the insert from returning back into
the meter.
CLEANING
The stepper can be cleaned with a soft, clean, and damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents
on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the stepper after each use. Be careful not get
excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause electrical hazards or
electronics failure.
Please keep the stepper, especially the computer, out of direct sunlight to prevent screen
damage.
Please inspect all assembly bolts and pedals on the stepper for proper tightness every week.
STORAGE
Store the stepper in a clean and dry environment, away from children.
NOTES:
The Hydraulic Cylinder (No. 23) may become excessively hot after prolonged use and may be
dangerous to touch. Allow the Hydraulic Cylinder (No. 23) to cool between uses.

EXERCISE BAND INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unscrew the hook nut located on the exercise band until the hook is open as shown in the
picture below.
2. Attach the exercise band hook onto the exercise band buckle and screw the hook nut closed
until the exercise band buckle is secured with the hook nut.
3. Assembly is done.
Adjusting the Exercise Band Length
To Lengthen Exercise Band
To Shorten Exercise Band
Push one side of the exercise band down and
then pull the bottom of the exercise band
downward as shown in the picture below.
Repeat this process until the exercise band is at
the desired length.
NOTE: This adjustment decreases the tension on
the exercise bands.
Push the exercise band upward from the
bottom and then pull one side of the top
exercise band up as shown in the picture
below.
Repeat this process until the exercise band is
at the desired length.
NOTE: This adjustment increases the tension
on the exercise bands.
NOTE: When lengthening the exercise band, only one side of the exercise band can be pushed
down. If the side that you are trying to push down does not move, try the other side of the exercise
band.

BATTERY INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
BATTERY INSTALLATION:
1. Take out 2 AAA batteries from computer box.
2. Pull out the SUNNY insert (No. A), press the buckle of battery cover on the Computer (No. 33),
then remove battery cover.
3. Install 2 AAA batteries into the battery case on the back of the Computer (No. 33). Pay
attention to the battery + and poles before installing.
4. Press the buckle of battery cover, then put the battery cover back to the back of the Computer
(No. 33).
The installation is complete!
BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
1. Press the buckle of battery cover on the back of the Computer (No. 33), then remove battery
cover.
2. Remove the 2 old AAA batteries in the battery case and install 2 new AAA batteries into the
battery case on the back of the Computer (No. 33). Pay attention to the battery + and poles
before installing.
3. Press the buckle of battery cover, then put the battery cover back to the back of the Computer
(No. 33).
The replacement is complete!
NOTE: Always change both batteries at the same time. Do not mix battery types and do not mix
old and new batteries. Dispose batteries according to your state and regional guidelines.

EXERCISE COMPUTER
BLUETOOTH :
1. The Bluetooth icon will flash when the computer is on or wakes from sleep mode. If no
Bluetooth connection is established within 3 minutes, the Bluetooth icon will turn off.
2. The Bluetooth icon will stay on when it is connected.
WIRELESS HEART RATE
1. The wireless heart rate icon will flash when the computer is on. If the heart rate monitor is not
connected within 1 minute, the wireless heart rate icon will turn off.
2. After exercise resumes, the wireless heart rate icon will flash. If the heart rate monitor is not
connected within 1 minute, the wireless heart rate icon will turn off.
3. When the computer wakes from sleep mode, the wireless heart rate icon will flash. If the heart
rate monitor is not connected within 1 minute, the wireless heart rate icon will turn off.
4. The wireless heart rate icon will flash when the MODE key is pressed. If the heart rate monitor
is not connected within 1 minute, the wireless heart rate icon will turn off.
5. The wireless heart rate icon will stay on when the heart rate monitor is connected.
NOTE: The heart rate monitor is not included. Wireless heart rate function works with SunnyFit
Heart Rate Monitor HR200. HR200 can only connect to the computer when the wireless heart
rate icon is flashing.
FUNCTION BUTTON
MODE
Press the button to switch display or automatically display through each function value in
sequence every 6 seconds.
Hold the MODE key for 2 seconds to reset all values except TOT when the Bluetooth is not
connected.
Press and hold the MODE key for 6 seconds to disconnect from both the SunnyFit APP and the
heart rate monitor; then, the computer will enter sleep mode.

OPERATION
1.POWER ON
Installs 2 pieces of 1.5V AAA batteries. (Whenever batteries are removed, all the functions
values will be reset to zero.)
2.1 WAKE UP
After entering speed signal, each function will skip to display. STOP will be displayed once no
speed signal detected for 10 seconds.
2.2 SLEEP MODE
The computer will shut off automatically and disconnect the heart rate monitor if there is no
activity for 4 minutes when the Bluetooth is not connected.
3.SCAN
After power on or press the MODE button, automatically scan through each function value in
sequence every 6 seconds. SCAN-->TIME-->CNT (COUNT) -- >CAL (CALORIES) -->TOT
(TOTAL COUNTS) -->SPM-->PULSE-->SCAN
4.TIME
Accumulates total training time from 00:00 up to 999:59.
5.CNT (COUNT)
Display current training frequency from 0 up to 99999.
6.CAL (CALORIES)
Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0.0 up to 9999.9 kcal
NOTE: This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions which can not be
used in medical treatment.
7.TOT (TOTAL COUNTS)
Accumulates training frequency from 0 up to 99999K.
8.SPM
Displays current step per minute.
9.PULSE (Needs to pair with the Bluetooth device)
Display the user's heart rate from 30-240 upon pulse signal detected with pulse symbol flashing.
The pulse graphic will not flashing upon no pulse signal detected.
NOTE:
1.If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the battery and try again.
2.The batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped and that they are
disposed of safely.

APP CONNECTION:
Connect Smart Equipment to SunnyFit App:
1. Scan to download SunnyFit from the app store:
2. Ensure that the Bluetooth function is turned on from your mobile device.
3. If this is your first time using the SunnyFit app, follow the in-app instructions to register for
your free SunnyFit account and log in.
4. Begin any workout activity that matches your smart equipment, then follow the onscreen
prompts to search for and connect to your smart equipment.
5. When connected, your stats and records will be displayed at the end of your course/session,
and recorded in your account profile!
