TYRE INFLATOR WITH WORKLIGHT 12V

Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these instructions,
and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
1. SAFETY
9 Read the manual before using this product. Thoroughly understand operating procedures, safety warnings and maintenance
requirements. Keep the manual in a convenient place for all users to see and use. Keep labels as per original.
9 The inator only operates with a 12V electrical system.
9 Consult your vehicle’s manual or a qualied mechanic for proper connection procedure.
9 After 30 minutes of continuous operation, allow the inator to cool before restarting.
9 Damage can occur from continued overuse.
9 The inator was permanently lubricated during assembly. DO NOT add oil or any other lubricant.
9 The inator will become HOT after using for a long period of time. When used for a long period of time, the compressed air hose and
device may become noticeably warm.
9 Please use caution when touching the inator in order to avoid burns. Allow the inater to cool down su󰀩ciently before storing.
9 Only inate tyres to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. DO NOT over inate as serious injury could occur.
9 Keep the inator away from small children.
9 Clean with a damp cloth only. DO NOT use chemicals or soap.
8 DO NOT use the inator for pumping any gas or liquid other than air.
9 The inator is not designed for use as a source for breathable air.
9 The inator is designed for use with car tyres. It is not designed for use with large tyres like tractor or truck tyres.
8 DO NOT use (or modify) the inator for any other purpose than that for which it was designed.
9 Use extra caution when inating small objects like bicycle tyres or sports balls.
9 The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that
may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are applied when using this product.
9 Failure to heed these warnings may result in fatal personal injury and/or property damage.
2. INTRODUCTION
Suitable for inflating tyres on cars, vans, 4x4s, motorcycles and bicycles. Maximum pressure 120psi. Pressure units in psi, kPa, kg/cm²
and bar. Airflow 0.78cfm 22L/min with an inflation time 0-30psi in 263sec (175/70/R13). Analogue gauge with an LED worklight. Runtime:
30mins. Supplied with a 3m 12V plug, ball spike and inflatable adaptor.

5. OPERATION
IMPORTANT: ensure you have read and understand all safety instructions before operating the device.

5. Your current tire pressure will be displayed.
Adjust the ination psi with the “+” or “-”
buttons.
6. Press the power button to start inating. The
mini compressor will commence operation and
auto-stop at the preset pressure.
NOTE: If unit does not come on check the fuse
in the 12V plug. Replace if blown.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

STEP.1 STEP.2
1. Check the door jamb or fuel door for correct
tyre pressure. Alternatively check the vehicle’s
manual.
2. Connect the power cord to the 12V DC
power port on the vehicle. Place the unit on a
dry level surface. The built in LED work light
will immediately illuminate once connected to
power.
3 Connect the air hose to the tyre valve stem.
Ensure the connector is secure.
STEP.3
4. Press the power button to start inating. The
mini compressor will commence operation.
Press the power button to stop the unit once
desired pressure is reached.
NOTE: If unit does not come on check the fuse
in the 12V plug. Replace if blown.
