Issue Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance is not working. The plug for the power cord is not plugged in.
Connect the appliance to the power supply.
The circuit breaker in the circuit breaker panel has tripped.
Check the breaker panel.
There has been a power failure.
Check whether the lighting in your kitchen or other appliances in the room are
working.
There is a software fault.
To restart the appliance, press and hold for approximately 5seconds.
The program does not start. has not been pressed.

The door is not closed.
Close the door.
Control panel lock is activated.
Deactivate the control panel lock.
