Issue Cause and troubleshooting
"E:92 /- 01" Faucet is turned off.
▶ Turn on the faucet.
The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
▶ Ensure that the water inlet hose is not kinked or jammed.
Water level measurement system is defective.
Note:With this fault message, the appliance starts a draining process.
1. First wait approximately 5 minutes until the draining process has ended.
2. To reset the fault message, switch the appliance off.
3. Switch the appliance back on.
4. If the fault message is displayed again, call customer service.

"E:30 / -10" and/or The water pressure is low.
No remedial action possible.
The filters in the water inlet are blocked.
▶ Clean the filters in the water inflow.
Faucet is turned off.
▶ Turn on the faucet.

▶ Immediate measure: Mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with 0.5 liters of water
and pour the mixture into compartment II (not for outdoor clothing, sportswear or
items stuffed with down).
▶ Reduce the amount of detergent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
Drum cleaning is required.

1. Switch the appliance off and on again.
2. If the message appears again, disconnect the appliance from the power supply
for at least 30 seconds by pulling out the plug or by switching off the relevant
circuit breaker in the fuse box.
a If the fault was a one-off occurrence, the message disappears.
3. If the message appears again, call Customer Service. Please specify the exact
error message when calling.
