To view an IR-PhotoNote annotation in memory:
1. Open the Memory menu.
2. Select a file to view. All files with IR-PhotoNotes annotations show
with the preview file.
3. Push
to view the photo annotations.
Audio
Audio (voice) annotation is only available in the .is2 file format. The audio is stored with the image so you do not
need to collate multiple files later.
To add, playback, or edit an audio file:
1. With an image in the buffer, push
to open the Edit Image menu.
2. Select Add Audio.
3. Do the corresponding procedure below for the desired action.
Action Procedure
Add audio file
1. Push
to record up to 60 seconds of audio.
2. The display updates to show the recorded time.
3. Push
to pause the recorder.
4. Push
to stop the recorder.
5. Push
to review the audio file, or push to save the audio with the
image.
The audio file replays through the speaker.
Playback audio file
1. Open the Memory menu.
2. Select a file to view. All files with audio annotations show
with the preview
file.
3. Push
to listen to the file.
4. Push
again to pause the file.
5. Push
twice to exit.
Edit audio file
1. Before you save the file, push
to review the audio file.
2.
again to pause the file.
3. Push
to append audio to the end of the file, or push to replace the
audio file.
4. Do the steps to add an audio file.
