Accessing the product
When using 50 Hz, the maximum frame rate is limited to 25 fps .
Note
Power line frequency is different in different geographic regions. In the Americas, 60 Hz is u sually used; most other parts of
the world use 50 Hz. Local variations may apply, always check with the local authorities.

The Live View page
If the Axis product has been customized to meet specic requirements, not all the ite ms describe d below will appea r in the Live View
page. The following provides an overview of each available button.
Controls on the Live View page
The Stream Prole drop-down list allows you to select a customized or pre-programmed stream prole. Stream
proles are congured under Video & Audio > Stream Proles.See

Click Pulse to activate the output for a dened period of time, such as switching on an external light for 20 seconds .
Click the Active/Inactive buttons to manually start and stop a connected device e.g. switch an external light
on and off.
The Manual Trigger button can trigger an event directly from the Live View page. The button is congured under
Live View Cong > Action Buttons.
Click Snapshot to save a snapshot of the video image. Right-click the video image to save it in J PEG format on your
computer. This button is primarily intended for use when the AXIS Media Control view
er toolbar is not available.
Enable this button from Live View Cong > Action Buttons.
The Audio clip drop-down list allows you to play an audio clip from the Live View page. Select the audio
clip and click the Play button.

information. The toolbar d ispl ays the following buttons:
The Play button connects to the Axis product and starts playing a media stream.
The Stop button stops the
media stream.
The Snapshot button t
akes a snapshot of the video image. The location where the image is saved can be specied
in the AMC Control Panel.
