#1 How long should I charge the vacuum cleaner after the first use?

For the first use, charge the vacuum cleaner for 6 hours, and after that, the normal charging time is about 5 hours (Page 6).

#2 How often should I wash the filter?

Wash the filter at least once a month and replace it every three months. More frequent washing may be required if you vacuum fine dust or use the machine intensively.

#3 How do I clean the dust container of the Holife HM208B vacuum?

Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the charger before emptying the dust container. Remove the accessories, press the dust container release button, and clean the dust container with cold water only. Do not use detergents or put the dust container in the dishwasher.

#4 What should I do if the vacuum cleaner is not working properly?

Inspect all parts of the appliance for visible damage and check the power cord. Do not use the appliance if it or its cord have been damaged or are not working properly. Contact customer service for advice or repairs.
