Before installing this appliance, please check the rating on the rating label located on the left cover of
this appliance.
NOTE: Turning the appliance off does not disconnect the appliance from the power supply. We recommend
having a qualified technician service your appliance.
Power Cord Installation
Remove the compressor room plate on the back of
the appliance by removing the 4 fixing screws.
Assemble the strain relief in the hole on bracket.
Insert the power cord through the strain relief and
tighten.
Allow enough slack to easily attach the cord
terminals to the terminal block.
Unscrew and loose the 3 wire terminal nuts and
washers from the terminal block.
Plug the cord terminals into the terminal block. The
ground wire of the power cord must be connected to
the ground terminal located in the right of terminal
block. The power LIVE wire must be connected to
the left terminal, which is marked with the letter L1,
and the power NEUTRAL wire must be connected to the middle terminal which is marked with the letter
L2.
Tighten nuts securely.
Assemble the compressor room Plate.
