3.SelectthedesiredDTMFprotocol(s).

BothSIPINFOandRTPareout-of-bandmethods,meaningthattheDTMFpacketissentinadedicatedchannel,separated
fromtheoneusedforthevoicecall.Digitalout-of-bandpackets,asopposedtoanalogin-bandtonesignals,cannotbe
heardbythecallersandareresistanttofalsing.
IfyouhaveenabledSIPSwithTLSasthetransportmodeandifyouchooseDTMFusingSIPINFO(RFC2976),thesame
encryptedtransportmodewillbeusedforDTMFasforSIPtrafc.
4.EnteranameandaDTMFsequence.
-Allowedcharacters:0–9,A–D,*,#.
-WhenhavingtwoDTMFsequencesthatstartwiththesamesequence,forexample,01and0123,onlythe01
DTMFeventwillbetriggered.Thisisbecause01willalwaysbetherstmatch.Totriggeronbothsequences,
addasufxthatwilldifferentiatethesequences.Forexample,01#isnotaprexto0123#,henceboth
sequenceswillbetriggered.
-Duplicatesequencesarenotallowed.

BothSIPINFOandRTPareout-of-bandmethods,meaningthattheDTMFpacketissentinadedicatedchannel,separatedfrom
theoneusedforthevoicecall.Digitalout-of-bandpackets,asopposedtoanalogin-bandtonesignals,cannotbeheardbythe
callersandareresistanttofalsing.
