Q：What is the cause of some tingling on neck when
using electrical pulse function?
A：The reason is that people skin is relatively
dry,electrodes is not close tight to neck,and can not stand
EMS function.Please keep wet on neck and close tight to
skin.Pulse intensity should be low to high,Please change
another modes to massge if cannot stand pulse function.
PS:Pulse function is imitating traditional chinese
acupuncture,it is not electric leakage.
Q：How long does it take for fully charge?How many
times can be use?
A：Buit-in Li-ion battery,Charging time is about 3 hours;It
can be used in 5 hours only Pulse function, It can be used
in 50 minutes if always turn on heating function together.
Q：Why does pinch hurt?
A：Ergonomic design,Perfect fit for different neck sizes.
The product adopts ABS plastics,it can protect neck;Please
wear this device correctly and maintain correct posture
when using,We suggest to massage two times per day,15

Q：Why neck skin in rashes?
A：Neck skin rashes cause skin too dry or not close to
neck skin when using pulse function,We suggest to keep
neck skin wet and tight close to device,rashes will be gone
one or two days.
