SAFETY INFORMATION
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always
be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to
persons, including the following:
1. Unplug the fan before moving it or performing maintenance. Do
not touch the fan when your hands are wet.
2. Those who are not qualified electricians should not disassemble,
repair or rebuild the fan.
3. Unplug the fan when it is not in use.
4. Do not unplug the fan by holding the cable cord. Unplug by
holding the plug.
5. Do not use the fan when there is damage to the cable cord or
plug.
6. Do not use the fan with extension cord.
7. Do not use the fan close to the fires.
8. Do not insert your hand or other objects into the guard or the
movable parts.
9. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.

Make sure all the
following items are
included in the
packaging. If any items
are damaged or missing,
contact your dealer.
10. If the supply cord is damaged, it has to be replaced by qualified
persons in order to avoid hazard.
11. Do not use this fan outdoors.
12.Unplug power cord before installing, servicing or moving the Fan.
Warning: Do not depend upon the on-off switch as the sole means
of disconnecting power when installing or servicing the fan. Always
unplug the power cord.
WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC
SHOCK.
DO NOT USE THIS FAN WITH ANY SOLID STATE SPEED
CONTROL DEVICES.

Assembly:
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Press the buttons on the base
Press the buttons on each side of the
base of the fan.

Connect the bracket with
fan
Insert the fan onto the bracket
until the buttons pop-up from
the hole.

1. Place the fan on a safe, flat
surface where it can not fall or be
pulled by the cord.
2. Select desired direction of air
flow by tilting the fan grill upward
or downward.
3. Plug the power cord into an outlet.
4. Select desired speed (3-High,2-Med,1-Low) by pressing the
button on the back of the unit.
5. Always turn off (0-off) and unplug fan after using.

CARE AND CLEANING
Always follow these instructions to correctly and safely care and
clean for your personal fan.
FAN SURFACE
1.DO NOT allow water to drip on or enter into fan housing.
2.Slightly moisten a cloth with a mild soap solution and then wipe
off the surfaces of the fan.
3.DO NOT use any of the following as a cleaner , gasoline, thinner
or benzene.
FAN BLADE AND FRONT GRILL
1.In order to remove the dust from the blades and grill, use a
screwdriver to remove the securing screws on the edge of the grill.
2.Remove the front grill.
3.Clean the fan blades and grill with a soft damp cloth. Be cautious
around the motor housing area.
NOTES:DO NOT attempt to remove the fan blades from the fan.
DO NOT allow the motor or other electrical components to be
exposed to water.
4.After cleaning, remount the grill and fasten the securing screw
removed in the first step on the edge of the grill.
CAUTION
Unplug the fan before cleaning and disassembling.
Do not immerse any portion of the fan in water.
