4.1. Before stopping the machine allow the engine to cool down for a few minutes, by
allowing it to run without throle.
4.2. You MUST allow the cung head to come to a full stop before carrying out any
maintenance on the machine.
Before starting work allow the engine to warm up. Once the engine has warmed up (2/3
minutes) The machine is ready to use. Press both the throle lock and throle lever
together to increase the amount of throttle applied.
The throle trigger can be locked into place by pressing the throttle and then the trigger
lock (locking at around 10%). This aids the machine in Cold Starting. Lock the trigger and
then follow the starting procedure. The throttle lock will release when increasing the
throttle. *NOTE* The Trigger will NOT lock above 10% as a safety precaution.
4. STOPPING PROCEDURE
To STOP the machine release the throle lever, allow the machine to cool down with
no throle then move the power switch to the OFF position.
