e. Insert a pencil in space at end of cutterhead to
hold cutterguard open.
f. Wrap apiece of cardboard around cutterhead to
protect your fingers and the btades.., sec_ure
cardboard with a piece of tape.

h. Loosenfourlockscrews 2 or3turns withl/2in.
wrench.
LEVELING STUDS
LOCKSCREWS
VIEW LOOKING UP FOR PARTS IDENTIFICATION
Turning the LEVELING STUDS will RAISE or LOWER
the infeed table.
SCREWING in the studs will RAISE the table ....
UNSCREWING them wilt LOWER the table.
a. With a 3/4 in. wrench turn leveling studs until
infeed table is parallel with straightedge.
b. While holding studs with wrench, TIGHTEN all
four LOCKSCREWS... tighten each screw a little
bit at a time until alt four screws are tight.
c. Recheck with straightedge to make sure infeed
table (in raised and lowered positions) isparallet
to ouffeed table.
