#1 How do I lock the screen?

It's a pity that you can't lock the screen.
You can press the power button, the screen will turn black.

#2 My Timmkoo can't find a portable speaker, is there any solution for that?

Do you have other Bluetooth Earbuds? Please try to pair with other Bluetooth Earbuds to check if the Bluetooth works.
If the mp3 player can pair with Bluetooth Earbuds, the Bluetooth works, the player is not compatible with your Bluetooth speaker.
If the player can't pair with the Earbuds, the Bluetooth is defective. For this case, please contact TIMMKOO for assistance.

#3 The screen won't turn on. It's playing music and screen comes on but stays black.

You can hold a pin against the small hole at the bottom of the player for a few seconds, if that doesn't work, please contact the seller directly.
