PROGRAMME 11 (SANDWICH). ADD INGREDIENTS IN ORDER SHOWN:
Sandwich bread
Loaf size 1.5lb (680g) 2lb (800g)
Water 250ml 320ml
Strong white bread flour 430g 570g
Sugar 2 tbsp 3 tbsp
Butter/Margarine 2 tbsp 3 tbsp
Salt 1½ tsp 2 tsp
Fast Action Yeast 1 tsp 1¼ tsp
All ingredients should be room temperature. White flour can be substituted for
strong brown or soft grain flour.

EPIC FAIL?
If you have the occasional loaf fail, don’t despair. It happens to us all the time. It was
never the machine’s fault but something we did wrong!
Too much yeast. The loaf literally hit the
roof (of the bread maker) leaving quite a
mess to clean up!
Whatever happens and no matter how cross it make us, we NEVER throw the
mixing paddle in the bin!
