#1 Does this TV have parent controls?

Yes this TV have a parental controls. To enable parental controls, go to "Home" > "Settings" > "Preferences" > "Parental Controls". A PIN will be required to enable, and from there the user can select from a variety of levels of viewing restrictions.

#2 Screen goes gray and won't turn off, change channels or functions. Must unplug and re-plug in. What's up?

Please do resetting the TV to factory defaults by pressing Menu, then over to Settings, then down to Reset to Defaults. With the factory defaults set hopefully color will have returned. If the screen is still grey try connecting another device to the TV and see if it has color.

#3 How do you turn off the small red stand-by light that is constantly on when the TV is powered off?

The power indicator turns off when your TV is on. It lights when your TV is off (standby mode).

#4 Sound is not working. How do I fix this?

Press the settings button. It is the one blow the button with the TV on it to the right of the mute button. It will give you a menu on the right of your screen. Try the adjustments or try unplugging and plug back up.

#5 Will this TV support iOS/Android mirroring?

It does not support.

#6 My volume has to be set to a 30 just to hear minimal conversation on this TV. I've tried resetting the sound preferences several times, to no avail. How can I fix this please?

Please follow the steps to do the power cycle on the TV.
1. Unplug the television from the power outlet.
2. Remove all connections from the back of the television.
3. While everything is unplugged, press and hold the "Power" button on your TV for 60 seconds.
4. Connect all devices back into the television, making sure all of them are properly connected.
5. Plug the set to the power outlet, if possible, to a different power outlet or a surge protector.
6. Turn it on and test it.
