WARRANTED PARTS:
The repairor replacementof any warrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybe excludedfromsuch warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoor equipmentengine has beenabused,neglected,or improperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part. That notwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factory installed,
and properlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligiblefor warrantycoverage. Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
