MAINTAINING THE CAST IRON PAN STANDS
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the hob surface and pan stands have cooled before you
attempt to touch them.
Wipe the pan stands over with a soft, damp cloth washed in warm soapy water.
Using a paper towel, thoroughly dry the pan stands.
To maintain the appearance of the cast iron pan stands, we would recommend
that you rub a small amount of olive oil into the pan stands after you have finished
cleaning them.
