REMOVE LOWER HINGE
(if necessary) (on some models)
Remove screws that secure hinge to the cabinet.
Inner screws need a 5/16” socket. Outer screw
needs a Phillips #2.”

RE-INSTALL CONVERTIBLE
DRAWER (on some models)
To reassemble doors, reverse removal steps.
Convertible drawer basket will be loose if re-installed
backwards. Look for “FRONT” emboss to help with
re-installation.

RE-INSTALL PIZZA TRAY AND
LOWER FREEZER BASKET (on
some models)
1. Re-install lower freezer basket first, then re-install
pizza drawer.
2. Check for smooth operation of baskets.
3. Re-install freezer drawer by placing the drawer
wheels onto the top of the track mounted to the
side of the freezer walls. The wheels on the
freezer drawer should be on top of the bottom
basket sides.

REPLACE FREEZER DRAWER
(on some models)
CAUTION
Lifting Hazard
Freezer door is heavy Use both hands to secure
the door before lifting.
1. Pull the lower basket slide mechanism to full
extension with both hands.
2. Lift the freezer door and align the hooks with the
notches on the slide mechanisms.
NOTE: Place one side in first, then align the other
side.
3. Replace the attachment screws and torque the
screws to 65 in-lb (7.34 N-m).

REINSTALL LOWER LEFT AND
RIGHT-HAND DOORS (on some models)
WARNING
Follow all steps for removing
and reinstalling the door. Failure to follow these
instructions, leaving off parts, or overtightening screws,
can lead to the door falling off and result in injury and
property damage.
CAUTION
Lifting Hazard
A single person lift could cause injury. Gain
assistance when handling, moving, or lifting
refrigerator doors.
1. Reinstall lower hinges first (if necessary) and torque
the 5/16” screws to 65 in-lb (7.35 N-m) and small
screw to 25 in-lbs (2.82 N-m). Rotating the screw
by 1/3 turn after it is flush with mating surface will
achieve these torques.
2. With the door at 90° to the front of the case, lower
the refrigerator door onto the lower hinge, carefully
pulling the harness through the right-hand hinge.
Close the door and tape closed.
3. Reinstall the center hinge per step #1 above.
4. Remove the tape.
5. Open the lower right-hand door 90°.
6. Connect the two harnesses.
7. Replace both lower hinge covers (if necessary).
