This manual describes the parameters and functions of products clearly. Please read carefully, then you can quickly understand the
usage and notes of this product. Please carefully read the following introduction:
I. Product introduction
JY- 68 and JY-48 type fresh meat slicer can efficiently slice beef, pork, and mutton, etc. The surface of sliced meat is smooth and
clean and the thickness is uniform, which well retains the quality of fresh meat. The design of this machine is simple and attractive and
it can rotate randomly. Knife tackle can disassemble, clean and adjust and this product is widely used in the kitchen, restaurants,
canteens, supermarket, meat grocer, food processing enterprises, etc.
II. Operating mode
1. Power Supply: check the installation of leakage switch in the front of power socket and reliable grounding protection. Inlet tray
should flat and steady and emergency stop switch should be kept in normal state.
2. Starting: press the green start button, then the machine is in running condition. Push the material which needs to be sliced into
feed port.
3. Stopping: press the red button after slicing the material and the machine stops. If there is emergency in working condition, press
emergency stop switch to stop the machine, and turn the emergency stop switch into normal open after dealing with the situation(turn
clockwise).
III. Cleaning Method
1. Make sure the power plugs have been pulled before cleaning.
2. Vertically spray through spray pipes or spraying method. Then clean knife tackle by spraying to the port and don’t disassemble
the tray to spray.
3. There is no need to disassemble the tray and knife guard under general condition. If it needs to rinse thoroughly, remove the tray
and knife guard, turn the adjusting screw nut to left, put the hands on the holder of knife tackle, then pull out the whole knife
tackle(Note: when disassemble the knife tackle, don’t touch the blades to avoid scratching).
4. Spray a small amount of food oil on knife tackle after cleaning, to increase the efficacy of lubrication and rust protection of
mechanical parts.
IV. Matters need attention
1. This machine is fresh meat slicer and can’t slice frozen meat and meat with bones to avoid any damage.
2. The length which this machine slices is unlimited, but the width and thickness can’t exceed the parameters (See the parameter
table).
3. Hands can’t touch the blades to avoid scratching, if rinsing the knife tackle thoroughly or install after cleaning.
4. If the surface of sliced meat is rough and the efficiency is low, check whether the blades are intact. Change new blades or
contact after-sales service of our company to maintain and replace if they are flawed. (Note: during the replacement, be careful of the
blades to avoid unnecessary damage.)
5. In the process of slicing, if meat is stuck, press emergency stop switch timely to avoid burning the machine which results from
motor overheating.
6. When the machine is used or left unused for a long period of time, pull out the power plugs and don’t electrify for a long term to
avoid the occurrence of leakage accident.
7. This machine should be laid up on the place which is also clean and well ventilated, to avoid the moisture of this machine and
electrical group and the occurrence of leakage accident.
