Installation
STEP 10
Mount Range Hood onto Wall
•Hang the range hood on the hooks of the hood mounting
bracket (see Figure 3).
•Screw the range hood to the wall.
CAUTION - Make certain the range hood is secure
before releasing!

Connect Ductwork
•Install the expansion pipe and x it with cable tie. Please note
the expansion pipe is not included in the product.
•Do not install the ductwork too tightly as this may prevent the
damperapsfromopeningwhichwilloverworkthemotorand
cause improper functioning of the unit.
•Fasten all connections with sheet metal screws and tape all
joints with certied aluminum or foil tape. Use caulking to seal
exterior wall or roof opening around the cap.
STEP 12
Install Chimney
•Remove the protective coating from the upper chimney. Carefully slide the upper chimney down into the lower chimney.
•Use two screws to x the two chimneys together with the lower chimney bracket, make sure upper chimney is moving
freely (see Figure 5).
•Connect expansion pipe to outside (see Figure 6).
•Fix the body with safety screws, using pre-drilled holes (6 mm/0.2 in.) located on the back housing (see Figure 6).
•Screw the upper chimney to the upper mounting bracket (see Figure 7).
