6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling the customer services, please check that the appliance is
correctly connected, any of the following cases are not covered by the
warranty:
Damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance
Damage caused by unauthorised disassembly and repair
Damage caused by misuse.
Using the induction hob for commercial purposes.
If an abnormality comes up, the induction hob will enter the protective
state automatically and display corresponding protective codes:
The above are the judgment and inspection of common failures.
Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers
and damages to the ceramic hob and please contact the supplier.
