HOW TO COOK BY PROBE
1. Place the unit on a hard, flat surface away from all sources of heat and plug it in.
2. Insert the probe horizontally into the thickest part of your food (see drawings below).
Be sure the tip of the probe isn’t touching bone. If you’re cooking multiple pieces
(for instance, several chicken breasts), put the probe in the largest one.
3. Place the food on the rack(s) or baking pan. If not using the pan, position it on the floor of
the unit as a drip tray for easy cleanup.
4. Slide the food into the air fryer and plug the probe into the probe attachment port. Then,
close the door.
5. Press the cook function button of choice (AIR FRY or BAKE). The cook function will turn
blue and the meat presets will illuminate on the display.
