out.

Burn for 15 minutes, then try again.
Spider webs or insect nest in
the burner/valve
Clean burner/valve and try again.
Poor alignment of valve to
burner/valve tube
Make sure that the burner/valve is properly aligned.
Your fire table does not reach
the desired temperature
Ice has built up on the
outside of the propane tank
Turn off the propane tank valve and replace the tank.
Your fire table flame is
irregular or uneven
The burner ports are blocked
or clogged
Clean the burner ports.
There is a sudden drop in gas
flow or flame height
The overfill prevention
device on the propane tank
may have been activated
1. Turn control knob to OFF.
2. Wait 30 seconds and relight your fire table.
3. If the flames are still too low, reset the overfill
prevention device by:
a. Turning control knob OFF
b. Turning LP gas tank valve to CLOSED
c. Disconnecting the regulator
d. Turning control knob to HIGH
e. Waiting one minute
f. Turning control knob to OFF
g. Reconnecting the regulator and leak check
connections, being careful not to fully open the valve
h. Lighting your fire table
The flame goes out
High or gusting winds Do not use outdoor fire table in high winds.
Low on LP gas Exchange, refill, or replace propane tank.
Excess flow valve tripped Refer to “Sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame
height” above
