HOW TO USE THE MICROWAVE
Healthy Fry
The Healthy Fry (Teflon) tray and Healthy Fry Auto Cook Menus, included
with this model can produce healthy low fat crisp food in minutes with only a
touch of oil. Much healthier than deep frying! The Healthy Fry Auto Menus
use a combination of convection, grill and microwave energy.
Note:
The Healthy Fry (Teflon) tray and grill rack that has been provided must
be used with the Healthy Fry Function Auto Menus.
Food must be spread evenly on the Healthy Fry (Teflon) tray or the
desired results will not be obtained.
If cooking a large quantity of vegetables or fries then you may need to
reselect the require auto menu for the second time
Always check the food is cooked thoroughly and if required put the food
in on the same setting for a second time. Check the food at regular
intervals during the second cooking time.
For the best results turn the food halfway through its cooking program.
1. Place the food that you want to be cooked on to the Healthy Fry (Teflon)
tray provided and place the tray on the grill rack . You must ensure the food
is evenly spread out or the desired results will not be obtained.
2. To select a the Healthy Fry function, press the “HEALTHY FRY” dial to and
“H-1” and “Healthy Frywill be shown on the display. There are 9 Healthy
Fry Auto Menus; “H1",“H2",“H3"....“H9" and an Healthy Fry Auto Menu
cooking guide on the following page.
3. Turn the “PARAMETER” dial to select the required Healthy Fry Auto Menu.
4. Press the “PARAMETER” dial to start preheating. When the preheating
temperature is reached, the buzzer will sound twice to remind you to place
the food in the oven. The preheated temperature will display and flash. Open
the door and place the food in the microwave oven, then close the door.
5. Press the “PARAMETER” again and the cooking process will commence.
