5.4.1 Coffee settings
From the home screen, it is possible to access the
coffee settings screen by simply tapping the coffee
temperature value shown on the screen.
In this screen it is possible to choose the coffee
infusion water temperature optimised according
to the SCAE protocols in a range from + 89°C
to + 96°C
Warnings: the SCAE protocol provides for the
measurement and evaluation of the infusion wa-
ter temperature under controlled and constant
test conditions using calibrated instruments.
Therefore, every time the infusion temperature is
changed, it is advisable to wait a few minutes to
allow the hydraulic circuit to reach the new ther-
mal stability.
