AIR CONDITIONER FEATURES
Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the control panel shown below and all of its functions. Afterwards, follow the symbol for the functions you
desire. This unit can be controlled by the unit control or the remote control.
NOTE: This manual does not include Remote Control Operations; see the Remote Control Instructions packed with the unit for details.
1. MODE button
Selects the appropriate operating mode. Each time you press the
button,amodeisselectedinasequencethatgoesfromCOOL,
FAN and DRY .
The mode indicator light illuminates the different mode setting.
NOTE: On above modes, the unit operates the auto fan speed
by default. You can set fan speed only by using the remote
control on COOL and FAN modes. DRY mode will only run LOW
fan speed.
2. UP (+) and DOWN (—) buttons
Usedtoadjust(increase/decrease)temperaturesettings
(1°F/1°Cincrements)inarangeof62°F(17°C)to86°F(30°C).
NOTE: The control is capable of displaying the temperature in
degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius. To convert from one to
the other, press and hold the Up and Down buttons at the same
time for
3seconds.
3. POWER button
Power switch ON/OFF.
4. LED display
Shows the set temperature while on COOL mode. While on DRY
and FAN modes, it shows the room temperature.
DISPLAY ERROR CODES:
E1-Roomtemperaturesensorerror
E2-Evaporatortemperaturesensorerror.
E4-Displaypanelcommunicationerror.
DISPLAY PROTECTION CODE:
P1-Bottomtrayisfull–Connectthedrainhoseanddrainthe
collected water away. If code repeats, call Customer Serice.
NOTE: When one of the above malfunctions occurs, turn off
the unit, and check for any obstructions before operating. If
the malfunction is still present, turn off the unit and unplug the
power cord. Contact the manufacturer, its service agents, or a
similarqualiedpersonforservice.
5. Power indicator light
ON when unit is off.
6. Timer mode indicator light
Set only by remote control.
