Oven Baking
For best cooking results, heat the aven before baking cookies, breads, cakes, pies or pastries, etc... There is no need to preheat
the oven for roasting meat or baking casseroles.
The cooking times and temperatures needed to bake a product may vary slightly from your previously owned appliance.

Allow oven to preheat to the selected temperature before
placing food in oven,
Choose pan sizesthat will permit 5 1 cm to 10.2 cm (2" to 4") of
air space on all sides when placed in the oven_
Use a medium-weight aluminum baking sheet
Allow oven to preheat to the selected temperature before
placing food in the oven_
Use proper rack position for baking needs_
Set oven temperature 25°F/12°C lower than recommended,

used for baking_
Open oven door only after shortest recommended baking time
Air Circulation in the
Oven
For good air circulation in tile oven and
best baking results, center pansasmuch as
possible. Allow 5.1 to 10.2 cm (2" to 4")
around the utensil(s) for proper air circula-
tion and be sure pans do not touch each
other, the door, sides or back of oven. Tile
hot air must circulate around the pans for
even heat to reach all parts of tile oven.
if using multiple pans, stagger as shown, if using one pan, place in center of oven.
