DANGER
Risk of injury on account of emitted high
pressure water jet. Check high pressure
tubes, pipe connections and fittings for
damage every time before use. Replace
leaky components immediately and seal all
leaky connection points immediately.
DANGER
Risk of explosion! The high pressure mod-
ule must not be operated in the near to
rooms that are exposed to danger of explo-
sion. Excepted from this are only plants
that are explicitly intended and designated.
Instead of water no explosive, highly ignita-
ble or poisonous substances must be used,
for e.g.:
petrol
heating oil and diesel fuel
solvents
liquids containing solvents
non-diluted acid
Acetone
If you are unsure, ask the manufacturer.
The high pressure module is installed in a
machine room.
WARNING
Damage to hearing for maintenance per-
sonnel is possible. Always wear ear plugs
while working at a running high pressure
module or other machines in the machine
room.
DANGER
Risk of electric shock!
Never touch electrical cables, plug con-
nections and terminal boxes with wet
hands.
Electrical connecting leads or extension
cables must not be damaged through
being driven over, crushed, or pulled or
the like. Protect the power cord from
heat, oil, and sharp edges.
With mobile cleaning devices (e.g. with
high-pressure cleaners) the water jet
must never be aimed at electrical appli-
ances or units.
All current-conducting parts in the work-
ing area must be protected against jet
water.
Plants must only be connected to prop-
er earthed power sources.
All work on electrical parts of the plant
must be carried out only by a qualified
electrician.
DANGER
Do not drink the water emitted from the high
pressure module! It is not of potable quality.
Should processed water be used to oper-
ate the high pressure module, then the stip-
ulations of the manufacturer of the water
treatment plant on germination inhibition
must be observed.
The controls of the subsequent vehicle
washing unit must be designed in such a
way that a restart after power failure is ex-
cluded.
The locally valid regulations on waste water
disposal are to be observed.
Turn the emergency-stop switch to "0".
Shut off water supply.
The safety valve protects the high pressure
system against excessive pressure.
The safety valve opens when the permissi-
ble operating pressure is exceeded; water
flows outside.
The pressure switch switches off the ma-
chine when the working working pressure
is exceeded and turns it back on when the
pressure is reduced.
