This limitedwarranty beginson the original dateof purchase,andis validonlyon productspurchasedandused in the United
States. Toreceivewarrantyservice,the purchasermust contactSAMSUNGfor problem determinationand serviceprocedures.
Warrantyservicecan only be performedby a SAMSUNGauthorized servicecenter. Theoriginaldated billof sale must be
presentedupon requestasproof of purchaseto SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorizedservicecenter.
SAMSUNGwill repairor replace any partfoundto bedefective, atour optionand at no chargeasstipulated herein,with newor
reconditionedpartsduring the limitedwarranty periodspecifiedabove. All replacedpartsand productsbecomethe property of
SAMSUNGand must be returnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementpartsand productsassume the remainingoriginalwarranty,or
ninety(90) days, whicheveris longer.
In-homeservicewill be providedduring thewarrantylabor periodsubjecttoavailabilitywithinthe contiguousUnitedStates. In-
homeserviceis not availableinall areas. To receivein-homeservice,the productmust be unobstructedandaccessiblefrom floor
levelto service personnel. If during in-homeservice repaircannot be completed,it may be necessaryto remove,repairand return
the product. Ifin-homeserviceis unavailable,SAMSUNGmayelect, at ouroption,to providefor transportationof ourchoice to
andfrom a SAMSUNG authorizedservicecenter. Otherwise,transportationto and from the SAMSUNGauthorizedservice center
isthe responsibilityofthe purchaser.
This limitedwarrantycovers manufacturingdefectsin materialsand workmanshipencounteredin normal,noncommercialuseof
this product,and shallnot applytothe following, including,but not limitedto: damagewhich occurs inshipment;deliveryand
installation;applicationsandusesfor which thisproductwas not intended;alteredproductor serialnumbers;cosmeticdamage or
exteriorfinish;accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water,lightningor other actsof nature;use of products,equipment,systems,utilities,
services,parts,supplies,accessories,applications,installations,repairs,externalplumbing and leaks,externalwiring,circuit
breakers,fuses or connectorsnot suppliedandauthorized bySAMSUNG,or whichdamage thisproductor resultin service
problems;incorrectelectricallinevoltage,fluctuationsand surges; customeradjustmentsand failureto followoperating instructions,
cleaning, maintenanceandenvironmentalinstructionsthat are coveredand prescribedin the instructionbook;loss offood dueto
spoilage;consumable itemsincludingfiltersand lightbulbs.
