Loosen the screw connection by means
of a pipe wrench and unscrew it.
Remove air nozzle.
Ensure that the O-rings are free of dirt
and properly seated during the subse-
quent installation.

ance from the compressed air supply prior
to performing work on the appliance.

Troubleshooting
Fault Possible cause Remedy
No air Close stop valve on the com-
pressor.
– Check connection on the compressor.
– Open locking tap.
Compressor defective Repair the compressor
Air, but no spray medium
exits the nozzle
Spray medium wet or blockage.
– Press the muzzle of the spray nozzle against a flexible base and pull
the pistol trigger. This redirects the air flow and cleans the parts in
question.
– If this method is not successful, clean suction hose, suction pipe and
mixing chamber.
– Change spray agent.
External air is sucked in.
– Tighten hose clips at the spray agent hose.
– Close spray agent control.
No water admixture de-
spite water supply
Selection switch water not in ON
position.
Set selection switch water to ON.
Water volume control button
closed.
Open water volume control button.
Water pressure is too low. Use water supply with water pressure of more than 0.2 MPa (2 bar).
Water system blocked. – Dismantle water hose and do not close water supply.
– Dismount injector.
– Turn water volume control button to max..
– Press the muzzle of the air nozzle against a flexible base.
– Pull the pistol trigger - the water system is blown out with com-
pressed air.
– If this method is not successful, dismount the water valve.
Pistol trigger does not
move all the way forward
after it is released
