To open the tool handles, simply squeeze them
together and release. To lock the handles in
place, squeeze them together slightly (one or two
clicks only) and release. You can also release
the handles by turning the knob in-between the
handles counterclockwise.

Cutting Cable
On one side of the tool is a single blade for cutting
cable. Insert the cable to the desired length into
the slot underneath the blade. Then cut the cable
by squeezing the handles together until the cable
cleanly separates.
