II. Mounting the Body Frame to the Chamber
1. With the help of another person, carefully place the Grill Chamber Assembly (1) on a
piece of cardboard sideways so the chamber door is facing towards the ceiling. This will ensure it will
not damager your floor/carpet. As shown in Figure1. Caution: The
grill is very heavy. Always lift the grill with 2 people. ( Do not over tighten)
2. Place a Spring Washer (60) then a Gasket (57) on to 4 Bolts (46).
Use them to attach both Left Legs (38) into the base of the Grill
Chamber Assembly (1). (Do not over tighten)
3. Place a Spring Washer (60) then a Gasket (57) on to 4 Bolts (46).
Use them to attachthe Grill Chamber Assembly (1) to the Right Rear
Leg (41) and the Right Front leg (42). As shown in Figure1. (Do not over tighten)
4. Use Bolts (46) to attach the Bottom Plate (37) to the 4 legs. As shown in Figure 2.
5. Insert the Axle (44) through the holes in the Right Rear Leg (41) TO Right
Front Leg(42). As shown in Figure 3.
6. Place a Gasket (56) on one side of the Axle (44) and then place a Wheel (43) on the Axle
(44) followed by Gasket (47), Spring Washer (45), and Gap Nut (51). As shown in Figure 3.
7. Repeat this step for the other side of the Axle (44). As shown in Figure 3.
8. Use the Wrench (55) to tighten.
