Purchase an O-Ring/Maintenance Kit_part number
H9H922GS by contacting the nearest authorized service
center.Itisnot included with the pressure washer.This kit
includes rephcement o-Mngs_ rubber washer and water
inHetfilter.Refer to the instructionsheet provided in the kit
to service your unit'sooMngs.
Pump Maintenance
Changing Pump Oil
Change oilevery S0 hours or once yeaMy, whichever
occurs first.
NOTE:You must purchase a premeasured botde of pump
oil item number [ 90586GS_ by contacting the nearest
authorized service center.
Change pump oil as follows:
I. Drain engine oiland fuel from pressure washer.
2. Use a 8ram alien wrench to remove bhck pump oilcap
between high pressure oudet and garden hose hiIet
(Figure 16).

3. Tilt pressure washer to drain oil into an approved
container until it drips slowly from pump.
4. Tilt pressure washer in opposite direction and empty
premeasured pump oil bottle into sameopening (a
small funnel may be helpful).
5. Install black pump oil cap and tighten firmly.
6. Set pressure washer in upright position.Add fuel and
engine oil.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE
See the engine owner's manual for instructionson how to
properly maintain the engine.
CAUTION
Used motor oiJ has been shown to cause skin cancer in
certain Jaboratory animaJs.
Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DON'T
POLLUTE. CONSERVE RESOURCES. RETURN
USED OILTO COLLECTION CENTERS.
Data Plate
Data plate information is very important ifyou need help from
our Customer Service Department or an authorized service
dealer.
, The data plate (Figure 17) is located on the base of the
pressure washer. For future reference, please copy the
model revision, and serial number of the pressure washer
in the space below.
