styling brushes are designed for safety and performance. This appliance has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety
feature.

Multi-Dimensional Combs and Detangling Bristles gently glide through hair and get close
to the roots, protecting hair from over-styling and locking in moisture, delivering silky,
smooth results.
SMART HEAT MEMORY SYSTEM
State-of-the-art design automatically recalls the last temperature as your preferred heat
setting. Turn the unit on by pressing the ON/OFF Button. Press the + / - symbols button
to select your preferred setting. Your heated brush will recognize the selected heat
temperature the next time the unit is turned on.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
Your styling brush has an Automatic Shut-off feature. Should you forget to turn off the
styling brush, it will automatically shut off after an hour.
AUTOMATIC WORLDWIDE DUAL VOLTAGE
This appliance will automatically adjust to the proper voltage. In North America, connect
the plug into any outlet. Outside North America, use a plug adapter of the proper
configuration with the plug before connecting into any outlet.
OPERATING THE SUPER ION GENERATOR
Immediately after turning on the styler, you’ll hear the gentle crackling of millions of
ions that are quickly neutralizing frizz and maximizing sheen for strand softness and
manageability. The Super Ionic Generator releases a flow of powerful static-fighting ions
that smooth and straighten your hair for a polished, brilliant shine.
OPERATING THE EXTRA LONG HEATED BRUSH
• To begin styling, plug the styling brush into an electrical outlet.
• Press the “On / Off” Button. The digital display unit will turn on and display the
temperature setting.
• To increase the heat setting, press the “+” button. The LCD screen will display the
temperature setting.
• To lower the heat setting, press the (-) button.
• Once the temperature is selected the temperature setting will blink for 30 seconds. Once the
temperature becomes solid the heated brush is ready to use
• For best results follow the temperature guidelines below:
IMPORTANT: The high-performance heater in this unit contains an oil-based protective
coating that will burn off during the first few minutes of initial use and may emit smoke and/
or an odor. You may also hear a humming noise during use. This is normal and is not a cause
for concern.
STYLING TIPS
• To begin styling, plug the styling brush into an electrical outlet.
• The Salon One-Step Heated Brush should be used only on clean, dry hair. Dry hair
completey before styling.
• Before using this appliance, detangle hair by brushing or combing.
• Style hair as desired by brushing hair with Salon One-Step Straight and Shine
TM
XL Heated
Brush.
• No need to section your hair. The ceramic comb and detangling bristles glide easily
throughout your hair, including the back of your head.
• Use the Ribbed Exterior Housing to create flips or curl under ends. To create more volume
and body, simply wrap hair around housing. The ribbed exterior will guide hair, creating
the desired volume.
• When styling is complete, wait for the appliance to cool before storing it. DO NOT wrap
the cord around the brush. Use the practical Hanging Ring. This keeps the cord from
tangling and wearing prematurely.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenance
Your appliance is virtually maintenance-free. No lubrication is needed. Keep heated
surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes necessary, unplug
the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. If the cord
becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
WARNING: If any malfunction occurs, do not attempt to repair it. This appliance has no
user-serviceable parts.
STORAGE
Unplug appliance when not in use.
Allow appliance to cool and store out of reach of children in a safe, dry location. Never
wrap the cord around the appliance because this will cause the cord to wear prematurely
and break. Handle cord carefully for longer life and avoid jerking, bending sharply,
twisting, or straining cord, especially at plug connections.

COMO OPERAR EL CEPILLO TÉRMICO EXTRA
LARGO
• Para comenzar a peinar, enchufe el alisador directamente en un tomacorrientes.
• Presione el botón de encendido. La pantalla se encenderá y mostrará la temperatura.
• Para aumentar la temperatura, oprima el botón (+). La pantalla de cristal líquido presentará
la temperatura.
• Para bajar la temperatura, oprima el botón (-).
• Una vez seleccionada la temperatura, la temperatura parpadeará durante 30 segundos. Una
vez que la temperatura se vuelve sólida, la pinza está lista para usar.
• Para obtener los mejores resultados, siga las indicaciones a continuación:
IMPORTANTE: El calentador de alto rendimiento en esta unidad contiene una capa
protectora a base de aceite que se quemará durante los primeros minutos de su uso inicial y
puede emitir humo u olor. También podria escucharse un zumbido durante el uso. Esto es
normal y no es motivo de preocupación.

desenredantes se deslizan fácilmente por su cabello, incluso la parte de atrás.
• Utilize la area exterior acanalada crear vueltas y rizar las puntas. Para más volumen y
añadir estilo, simplemente enrolle el cabello alrededor de la area exterior acanalada. El
cabello se guiará por la area acanalada creando el volumen deseado.
• Cuando termine de modelar el cabello, espere que el artefacto se enfríe antes de guardarlo.
NO enrolle el cable alrededor del cepillo. Use el práctico anillo para colgar. Este evita que el
cable se enrede y se gaste en forma prematura.

Mantenimiento
Su artefacto prácticamente no requiere mantenimiento. No necesita lubricación. Mantenga
las superficies que se calientan limpias y libres de polvo, suciedad y aerosoles para el
cabello. Si es necesario limpiar el artefacto, desenchúfelo de la fuente de energía y limpie
el exterior con un trapo húmedo. Si el cable está retorcido, desenrédelo antes de usar el
artefacto.
