6. When broiling is done, turn off
oven.

To custom broil at a lower
temperature:
• If food is cooking too fast, press the
Custom Broil pad and press the • Temp
pad until "325°F '' shows on the small
display.
NOTE: If the Temp pads are held down
the temperature will change faster.
PRESS YOU SEE
• If you want food to broil slower from the
start, press the Custom Broil pad and
press the • Temp pad so a temperature
between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and
260°C) shows on the small display.
Lower temperature settings allow for more
frequent broil heating element cycling and
slower cooking. The lower the temperature,
the slower the cooking.
NOTE: Fish and chicken are some foods
that may cook better if you use lower broiling
temperatures.
