7 Trouble-shooting

Laundry is still dry
after programme
has finished – no
error message.
▪ «Demo mode» is turned
on.
▸ Open the appliance door.

«Demo mode ON» appears in the dis-

«Demo mode OFF» appears in the dis-

7.3 Unsatisfactory wash results

washing
▪ Despite intensive rinsing,

▸ Shake out or brush the wash items.
▸ Wash the items again with just a little
washing detergent.
▸ Use a liquid detergent that does not
contain zeolites.

Grey residue on
washing
▪ Grease and dirt particles

limescale and dirt
▸ Increase detergent dosage.
▸ Use heavy-duty washing detergent.
