7 Trouble-shooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance vi-
brates heavily when
spinning.
▪ The transport lock has
not been removed.
▸ Remove transport lock (see page 4).
▪ The feet of the appliance
are not properly adjus-
ted.
▸ Set appliance feet so that the appli-
ance stands level.
▪ The load could not be
optimally balanced in the
washing drum.
▸ Wash large and small items together.
At the end of the
programme, the ap-
pliance door can-
not be opened with
the button.
▪ The appliance door is
stuck.
▸ Press hard against the lock side of the
appliance door (i.e. front edge of ap-
pliance door).
▸ Press the button again.
▪ An interruption in the
power supply.
▸ Use the emergency door release (see

Water sounds after
programme has fin-
ished when wash-
ing drum is turned
by hand.
▪ The vanes are filled with
water to compensate the
unbalanced load.
