The operation procedure for
inputting numbers manually
NOTE
Numeric characters such as IP address can be
entered on the input screen either by selecting
each of the characters in the “Numeric” mode or
using the Number buttons on the remote control.

1. Press ENTER at the boxes in which characters
are to be entered, and the input screen will
appear.

2. Press / to select the desired input mode.
3. Press
/ to select a number, then press
ENTER.
4. Repeat the step 3 to display all of the desired
characters in the input  eld.

NOTE
Press RETURN (Del.Char.) to delete a
number you have input.
To change a number you have input, press B
(Green) (Left) or C (Yellow) (Right) to select
the number you want to change, and press
RETURN (Del.Char.). Then, press /
to select a new number you want to input, and
press ENTER.
5. Press D (Blue) (Complete) to  x the numbers
which have been input.

6. Repeat step 1 to 5 to  nish inputting all the
required numbers.
Before using the USB memory
device
CAUTION
Do not remove the USB memory device or
unplug the AC cord while the operations are
being performed.
Do not use a USB extension cable.
USB Memory Management
The following instructions explain how to delete
data such as the Virtual Package data and the BD-
LIVE data in a USB memory device.
When you insert or remove a USB memory device,
be sure to turn the main power off.
1. Insert the USB memory device into the USB
terminal on this player.
NOTE
A USB memory device can be used with either
the USB (front) or USB (rear) terminal. When
two USB memory devices are connected to both
terminals at the same time, in certain situations
the USB (rear) terminal may give priority to
Local Storage and “Erase” and “Format” are not
available for the USB memory device connected
to the USB (front) terminal.
2. Press
to turn on the power.
3. Press / to select “Settings”, then press
or ENTER.
4. Press / to select “USB Memory
Management”, then press
or ENTER.
The “USB Memory Management” screen is
displayed.
“No USB Memory” appears when no USB
memory is inserted.
