Makeup Air and Occupancy Detection
7KH&'&ZLUHFDQVHUYHDGLIIHUHQWIXQFWLRQRQ0DNHXS$LU

When using an approved thermostat with a normally open
occupancy detection signal, wiring to the CDC terminal can be
set up to shut down the Makeup Air system when the room is
unoccupied.
For the CDC function to work as Occupancy detection and
control Makeup Air based on occupancy, Mode E (see page

and shut down the unit when the room is unoccupied causing
uncontrolled temperatures and humidity.
