TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Thiswarrantg appliesonlg for singlefamilg domesticuse in
Canadawhen the Refrigeratorhas been properlg installed
accordingto the instructionssupplied bg Mabeand is
connectedto an adequate and proper utilitg service.
Damage due to abuse, accident, commercial use, and
alteration or defacing of the serial plate cancels all
obligations of this warrantg.
Service during this warrantg period must be
performed bg an Authorized IVlabeServiceAgent•
Neither IVlabenor the Dealer is liable for ang claims or
damages resulting from failure of the Refrigerator or
from service delags begond their reasonable control.
To obtain warrantg service, purchaser must present the
original Bill of Sale. Components repairedor replaced are
warranted through the remainder of the original warrantg
period onlg.
Thiswarrantg is extended to the original purchaser and
ang succeeding owner for products purchased for home
use within Canada. In home warrantg service will be
provided in areas where it is available and deemed
reasonable bg 14abeto provide.
Thiswarrantg is in addition to ang statutorg warrantg.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Owner is responsible to pag for service calls related to
product installation and/or teaching how to use the
product.
• Damage to finish must be reported within 48 hours
following the deliverg of the appliance.
• Damage to finish after deliverg.
• Improper installation-proper installation includes
adequate air circulation to the refrigeration sgstem,
adequate electrical, plumbing and other connecting
facilities.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
• Replacement of light bulbs.
• Damage to product caused bg accident, fire, floods
or acts of God.
• Lossof food due to spoilage.
• Proper use and care of product as listed in the
owner's manual, proper setting of controls.
• Product not accessible to provide required service•
• WARRANTORISNOT RESPONSIBLEFOR
CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES.
I XCLUSIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIES--Voursole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in this
Limited Warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.
IMPORTANT
Keepthis warranty and your bill of sale as proof of original purchase and purchase date.
Please have serial number and model number available when calling for service.
