Presstheglassgentlgagainstthe top of the
dispensercradle.
Thespillshelfisnotself-draining.To reducewater
spotting,theshelfshouldbecleanedregularlg.
Ifno water isdispensedwhentherefrigeratoris
first installed,theremaybeair in thewaterline
system.Pressthe dispenserarm andrun !_/gallons
to removetrappedair fromthe waterline andto fill
thewatersystem.Toflushoutimpuritiesinthe
waterline,throw awaythefirst sixglassfulsof
water.
Lockingthe Dispenser
Pressthe LOCKpadfor 3secondsto lock
the dispenserandcontrolpanel.To unlock,press
andholdthe padagainfor 3seconds.
Door Alarm
Tosetthealarm,presstheDOORALARMpad.The
indicatorlightwillilluminate.Thisalarmwillsoundif
eitherdoorisopenformorethan2 minutes.The
beepingstopswhengouclosethedoor.
To Use the Internal Dispenser Ionsomemodels)
Thewater dispenseris locatedonthe leftwall inside
the refrigeratorcompartment.
Todispensewater:
O Holdtheglassagainstthe recess.
O Pushthewaterdispenserbutton.
Holdtheglassunderneaththe dispenserfor
2-3 secondsafterreleasingthedispenser
button.Watermagcontinueto dispenseafter
thebuttonis released.
Ifnowaterisdispensedwhentherefrigeratorisfirst
installed,theremaybeairinthewaterlinesystem.
Pressthedispenserbuttonforatleast2minutesto
removetrappedairfromthewaterlineandto fillthe
watersystem.Duringthisprocess,thedispensernoise
maybeloudastheairispurgedfromthewaterline
system.Toflushoutimpuritiesinthewaterline,throw
awaythefirst6 glassfulsofwater.
NOTE:Toavoidwater deposits,thedispenser
shouldbecleanedperiodicallybywipingwith 3_3_
acleanclothorsponge.
