Ecovacs X1 OMNI Questions and Answers

#1 Can it vacuum carpet and hard floors at one time?

As long as you don't have the mopping pads on, yes. It will actually detect carpet, and either avoid it if the mops are attached, or increase suction if they arent.

#2 Does the yiko support english?

Yes. Currently, YIKO can support seven languages: CN_TW/EN/DE/FR/IT/KR/JP. You can select a language supported by YIKO in the App.

#3 What should I do if the originally created 3D map was incomplete?

You can open doors to expand the map. DEEBOT will automatically expand the 3D map without manual editing. If you have edited the 3D map, you can choose to update the map on the 3D map page. After the update, your 3D map will show the new full map.

#4 What is the advantage of X1 OMNI's mopping than others?

1) The ability to automatically clean itself.

#5 My DEEBOT can't recharge? What can I do?

Make sure the power switch on DEEBOT is switched on

#6 How do I enable the smart voice assistant YIKO?

After connecting the robot with the ECOVACS HOME App successfully, confirm that voice wake up function is enabled in the App settings. You can wake up DEEBOT

#7 What do I do if I don't want to enable YIKO?

Please disable the voice wake up function in App Robot Control Interface Settings YIKO Voice Assistant Turn Off Robot Voice Wake up. The Auto light will turn orange. The robot will be muted and unable to respond to YIKO commands.
