MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM
The engine coolingsystemconsists of an engineshroud
and engine fins.These shouldbe kept clean and free of
debrisas needed or clean at least every 100 operating
houm.
The batteryshouldbe servicedevery25 hours of opera-
tion.
Raiseoperator'sseat.
Removethe two adjustingknobs.
Remove seat assemblyand moveforward.Use care not
to disconnectwiresfrom seat switch.See Figure33.
Removenegative(-) cable first.
Removepositive(+) cable.

CHECKING BATTERY ELECTROLYTE
Carefully remove battery cell covers.
Visually check electrolyte level in each cell. Level shouldbe
1/8" to 3/8" above cell plates up to the fill rings.
