Please make these preparations before recording.

• Openthe LCD Screenand make surethat STBY isdisplayedon the LCD (if the redtab of the cassetteis opened,STBYwill not be

• Makesurethe batterylevelindicatesthatthere is enoughremainingpowerforrecording.(seepage21)
• We recommendthat beginners,who are usingthe camcorderfor the firsttime,switchthe EASYmodeon. (see page33)
