You can connect both surround back and presence speakers to this unit. but they do not output sound simultaneously.
• The surround back speakers output the surround back channel included in Dolby Digital EX and DTS-ES soflware and only
operate when the Dolby Digital EX or DTS-ES decoder is turned on.
• The presence speakers output ambient el'li:cts created by the DSP sound fields. They do not output sound when other sound fields
are selected.
