Push the drawer firmly into the refri-
geration appliance until you hear it
click into place.
Removing the dividing plate
Remove the dividing plate.
After cleaning, slide the dividing plate
back in again.
Removing the compartment cover
Lift the cover at the front and pull it
out.
After cleaning, slide the compartment
cover back in again.
Replacing the charcoal filters (op-
tional accessories)
Replace the charcoal filters in the
holder every 6months.
The symbol on the start display re-
minds you that the charcoal filter needs
to be changed.
Replacement KKF-RF charcoal filters
can be obtained from your Miele
dealer, Miele or via the internet at
www.miele-shop.com.
Pull the charcoal filter holder upwards
to remove it from the adjustable shelf.
When in position, the charcoal filters
must not touch the rear wall of the
refrigeration appliance as the mois-
ture could cause them to stick to it.
Insert the new charcoal filters deep
enough in the holder to ensure that
they do not protrude over the edge
of the holder.
Remove both charcoal filters and
place the new charcoal filters with the
surrounding edge pointing down-
wards in the holder.
