Touch the CONVECTIONBAKE
MULTI/1RACKpad and then the
2 pad for multi-rock convection
baking. This mode is used for
cooking food items on more than
one rock (i.e., 2, 3 or more racks)
at the stone time in convection bake.

mode isused for cooking food items
on only one rack in convection bake.
Touch the CONVECTIONROASTpad

on and start cooking.

The oven temperature that you set
and the cooking time that you entered
will be in the display'.

bakingtemperatureby25°Ftotheappropriate
